Official B2B commercial terms and conditions governing bulk wholesale purchases from Blizz UAE.
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all wholesale supply agreements, commercial orders, and bulk purchase quotes between Blizz UAE (referenced as "Seller", "we", "us", or "our") and any commercial client, distributor, or procurement entity (referenced as "Buyer", "Client", or "you"). By placing an order for our commercial cleaning solutions, laundry detergents, or industrial chemicals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All quotes provided by Blizz UAE are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing. Orders are subject to production capacity and chemical inventory availability. A binding contract of sale is only formed once Seller issues a written Order Confirmation or dispatch document.
All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), custom duties, and shipping tariffs unless explicitly detailed otherwise. Standard payment terms for wholesale orders are 100% advance payment prior to dispatch, or as agreed under an approved corporate credit facility. Late payments will incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by UAE law.
Seller offers delivery within Jebel Ali, Jumeirah, Deira, and other areas of Dubai and the UAE. Delivery dates are estimates only. The risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer's designated facility or carrier. Title to the goods remains with Blizz UAE until full payment is received in cleared funds.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt. Any claims regarding damages, shortage, or non-conformance must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Seller's liability for defective products is strictly limited to replacement of the non-conforming chemical products or issuance of a credit note, at Seller's sole option.
These Terms of Sale and all contracts of sale between Seller and Buyer shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the Dubai Courts.
